Investor Partnership Manager - Gothenburg/Malmö
About the role:
As an Investor Partnership Manager you will drive DBT Capital’s Community-Led Growth strategy by building and nurturing a high-value network of investors, board members, and industry leaders who can generate qualified deal opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing new partner relations through targeted outreach, events, and thought leadership while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners through regular engagement, networking, and tailored communications.
Key responsibilities:
Pipeline growth – Source SQL:s from the Partners community
Relationship building – Cultivate and expand relationships with board members, family offices, VC / PE firms, and other relevant investors
Community engagement – Organize and attend DBT growth dinners, industry events, and networking activities.
Collaboration – Work closely with Credit Investment Managers, Analysts and Marketing to align on leads, pipeline, and deal execution.
Tracking and reporting – Manage partner performance in HubSpot, ensuring accurate attribution, tracking, and performance analysis.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Strong existing network in Gothenburg and/or Malmö, with established relationships among board members, founders, investors, family offices, and VC/PE professionals, and the ability to activate this network to generate qualified deal flow.
Strong interest in entrepreneurship and company building, preferably with hands-on experience from running or scaling a business. You are comfortable forming and sharing your own perspectives on growth, financing, and entrepreneurship, and representing DBT as a visible thought leader through events, panels, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn within the Swedish and Nordic ecosystem.
Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems, including experience in partner-led, community-led, or ecosystem-driven growth, with a clear understanding of how to turn relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
Structured and data-driven working style, with experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to track partner activity, manage pipelines, and analyze performance to continuously optimize sourcing and engagement efforts.
Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication.
